Bravissimo! I'm delighted with the yeast and even more so with availability, quick shipping and customer service par excellence. Finding your webstore was a real blessing and relief -- especially after doing a thorough A***** search and reading endless horror reviews of "long-outdated (or no-date) product, punctured vacuum seals, leaking product and DOA yeast". You delivered lively yeast, recently packaged, that proofed perfectly and really rocked my oatmeal bread (no, not that kind of rock). Really a First Class Establishment.
